And now from Neil......

After thinking about the style of calendar I wanted to do for this years challenge, I decided that I would use Tando
Creative's Media Boards as my monthly base.
So, this is January's offering: a somewhat different approach to Aqua and Snowflakes!

January - Aqua - Snowflakes Deadline Dec 31st Fullsi27

The first panel in place; the other spaces are marked out ready for each month to follow with all the gaps covered
with Tim Holtz tissue tape.

January - Aqua - Snowflakes Deadline Dec 31st Fullsi28

The finished January piece.

January - Aqua - Snowflakes Deadline Dec 31st Fullsi29

Cover a media board with Faux Finishing Medium and add some crumpled tissue.  Dry with a heat gun; trim the edges.

January - Aqua - Snowflakes Deadline Dec 31st Fullsi30

Stamp the image onto the board with black Archival Ink.

January - Aqua - Snowflakes Deadline Dec 31st Fullsi31

Colour the background with Aqua paint and dry.

January - Aqua - Snowflakes Deadline Dec 31st Fullsi32

Drybrush white paint to highlight the textures.

January - Aqua - Snowflakes Deadline Dec 31st Fullsi33

Use Distress Markers to colour the robot and blend with water.

January - Aqua - Snowflakes Deadline Dec 31st Fullsi34

Splash some diluted white paint over the board and dry thoroughly.  Add a sprinkle of Frantage embossing powder
to create a little "flurry" of snow.  Edge the board with Archival Ink.  Add dots of white Enamel Accents and Stickles to
create more snowflakes to finish.

Just a quick question. I thought the first word was the colour we had to use and the second was the object that had to appear? But in one of the replies to a question this morning they were told that both words had to be used? I'm confused..... could someone clarify please?
