Jan 12th - Trio of Hearts - Deadline Jan 11th

Must use wooden Trio of Hearts

Paint the hearts with black gesso or paint


Paint the letters with the red Pebeo Setacolour paint



Dust the black hearts with an anti static pad and using Versamark Ink stamp each one with the Tim Holtz stamps and heat emboss them in different colours

Stick the letters onto the hearts using 3d gel and decorate as you wish

Here's my hearts........



To make them:



Remove the string and beads from the shapes and lay to one side.
Take Grunge paste and the Mask and use a palette knife to apply texture to all 3 hearts.
Leave to dry or dry using a heat tool.


Spritz 3 colours of Dylusions inks onto the hearts and dry.


Take some Treasure Gold and add it onto a craft mat.
Use the hard side of a piece of cut and dry foam to pick some paste from the mat.


Apply the colour to the hearts using the foam.
Working with a light pressure to catch and highlight the surface texture.
Use the foam to highlight the edges and also the beads.

Note; for my purpose I have just done one side of each heart. If they are going to be free hanging then you would repeat everything on the other side.
Reattach the bead and string to each heart.

I have used the largest heart on a scrapbook layout





I used the same 3 colours of Dylusions on a piece of white card from Tim Holtz cardstock and some Tim Holtz tape to add detail before adding the heart and photos.
