Here's my Lavinia project
Fold an A4 white card to make A5 tent fold card and cut three panels of white then black then silver cardstock. Start with the white and make the others a half centimetre bigger eachway.
Dust the left side of the white panel with an antistatic pad and stamp the star cluster with Versamark Ink. Make sure the opening of the cluster is facing to the right.
Cover the image with embossing powder and heat emboss
Stamp the Believe in black ink in the opening of the cluster
Now stamp the mushroom,s again in black ink, through the cluster
Press the Versamark ink lightly on the edges of the card and dip them into the embossing powder then heat emboss
stamp the cluster in the top left corner of the folded card and again heat emboss
Now layer the stamped panel on to the black card. Add 3d pads to raise it and stick this to the silver layer. Then add this to the card.
Add a row of gems to the right hand side

Re: Jan 19th - Lavinia Stamps - Deadline Jan 18th
Sorry, I ended up doing a card as my stamp was too big for an ATC......
To begin I took a piece of watercolour card that was just sitting there doing nothing for a while. I had used Distress inks and my Tangled Yarn Mask to create a background.
I stamped the image and wings with Memento ink and dried.
I used the Ivy to stamp a border around the card in blue archival ink as well as a ground for the fairy to sit on.
I then coloured the image with Faded Jeans Distress Marker
I used markers to colour the wings and then used a brush filled with water to blend the colour and to give the figure a shadow line.
I added some small die cut butterflies rising up from the outstretched hand
Lastly, some small flowers around the base and the whole piece added to a large card blank.
Generally I don't add a sentiment to my cards until I am ready to give them as then I can add a sentiment suitable for the occasion, whether it be a birthday, anniversary etc.
